I’m using my favorite protein smoothie from @flavcity (seriously, I’ve tried them ALL—and this is the only one that doesn’t make me poop my pants 😂). This batch made 6 mini waffles: 🧇 2 WW points each 🧇 77 calories | 2.3g fat | 6.8g carbs | 0.9g fiber | 8g protein Here’s what’s in the batter: ½ cup protein pancake/waffle mix 1 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream protein smoothie 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg ½ cup almond milk (or any milk) Pinch of salt + ½ tsp cinnamon Mix it all up, let it rest 15 mins, and then cook in your mini waffle maker using ¼ cup of batter per waffle (mine took about 3–4 mins each).
