I believe it 💯. There are ongoing studies into just how various sounds/vibrational frequencies affect the WATER molecules within the human body. It's freaking wild.

When I go for a walk in the neighborhood I can hear all of the people who have rodent and bug devices that admit the noise. I reached out to the HOA and let them know that it’s highly uncomfortable and everyone who went to go listen claim they can’t hear anything and it’s making me feel crazy. It makes my walk so unpleasant

My neighbor set these up last summer. I told her that it was disturbing my sleep and really bothering me through the day. She gave me a weird look, like she had no idea that anyone could hear it. Luckily she was agreeable and removed them.

I'm pretty sure this has something to do with us being women as well. we are environmental sponges. the mold in my house affects me but not him due to testosterone. the ringing noises, he doesn't hear

the younger you are the clearer you'll hear it. they use them in some places to keep kids from loitering

Yeah the military calls it LRAD tech. Its used to disperse crowds as well. I helped develop this in my time in the GATE program because I had such a visceral reaction to certain sounds.

I had them to keep mice out of the house. I had preschoolers and a dog. I thought they were safe. I couldn’t hear them but my kids could. It made them so disregulated but they didn’t know how to tell me what it was. Then my oldest told me about the squeal. Unplugged them and peace
