Also you need to build a reputation of someone that works hard. I sometimes don’t do anything the whole day and AFTER working hours I send some emails and messages, so it looks like I’m working overtime 🙂

Adding to point 2. If you open instant messaging (e.g. teams) and open a meeting with just yourself, it will look like you’re in a call and your pc won’t go to sleep mode. That’s unlimited time accounted for

note: some of these will not work if you are at a small company. if I showed as meetings, no one would believe it because who am I meeting with? there's ten people, none of them would need meetings with me. be smart folks, adjust for your role and company.

The “computer glitch” is by far the best excuse for all !!! When an AI bot was caught reprogramming itself , it denied it.. when confronted with the data. The AI bot chalked it up to a computer error/glitch lol
