@thrivewithcandice: Homemade electrolyte powder: ✨save money ✨great to replenish lost minerals from sweating ✨super easy to make in bulk Makes 30 servings (you can double the recipe): - 75 grams sodium chloride (I used sea salt but pink Himalayan salt also works great) - 11.5 grams potassium chloride (found on Amazon) - 11.7 grams magnesium malate (found on Amazon) - option to add dried fruit powder Mix everything until combined. If you are using sea salt like me, the powder will look wet and stick together, this is normal as there are different minerals found in sea salt that give it this moist look. I got this recipe off of LMNT’s website ! They say 1 serving is 3.3g to get : 1000mg of sodium chloride 200mg of potassium 60mg of magnesium If using a smaller glass like I am, I find this serving to taste way too salty, so either use a smaller serving size or a larger drink container ! #electrolytes #electrolytedrink #deinfluencing
