A Pennsylvania auditor filmed inside a police station lobby despite posted “no‑filming” rules and staff warnings. He refused to stop and refused to leave when asked. The court upheld a trespassing conviction, holding that recording in that lobby was not protected under the First Amendment and that the policy was constitutional.
