I think you need good moisturization, simplifying your routine and check if you're using anything wrong (eg. using too much retinoid or too high frequency especially as you're just starting)

I’m 35 and getting the exact thing in one annoying spot! I’ve got the Charlotte Tilbury miracle night cream and using it at night and it’s improved heaps but it’s expensive! But you don’t need much
