Family trust, for bloodline only. We have family property that is only for the bloodline. No spouses get a say or have a right to any of it. Its completely protected from divorce.

When it’s time for your son to inherit the hypothetical land and money, whatever it is if they want to get married, have her sign all rights over to him and that God forbid there was an issue that money in land isn’t able to be delivered between the two of them. It is strictly his family property. She has no rights to it.

Update the Will/Trusts every year. If you see it lasting, you can tweak the trust/will. I had a good older friend update her will every year and changed the percentages.
