Personally I consider every region that belongs to our people as dhulkayga regardless governments or borders. But getting over our history and the fact that other regions like Djabouti somaliland and puntland are doing much better than Somalia, I say let them be. If you truly care about peace justice and progress, you wouldn't want to hold them back. Maybe once we get our act together we can have alliances that serve us all.
