Sprint burst instead of lithe on the looping build straight up negates a lot of free hits and gets you distance to a safe loop or, an area that has gens done already or, away from teammates on gens etc. just gotta be smart with it. Also very versatile for flashlight saves if you are careful about 99ing it

Post-nerf prove is useless. Also healing speed caps at 200% and overzealous is very map reliant. Only use medkits for self-heal and the only addons for speed/charges that should be used are the string addons. Finesse and windows are both heavy noobtraps and should not be recommended for beginners. Lightfooted is also basically useless and if you truly need to go for flashlight saves, a perk like bond/empathy is better so you can find nearby teammates. Iron will is also bad but passable.

3.5k hours, here's my spin on gen rush: Exultation, Overzealous, Streetwise, Inner Healing. This won't work if you can't loop, so if you can hold a good chase to get the killer off your behind, then try this. Item: COMMON Toolbox, and both addons that increase charges. (Or BNP)
