Hi pilot here. Due to the center of gravity, we generally like a more aft cg because it increases cruise speed because it reduces the amount of elevator required. We also want it to have a similar cg line to the center of lift. On the ground loaded with aft cg, the aircraft could tip backwards. Especially if the cargo is loaded aft too.

Ok but I would agree with Payton bc we went on a flight recently and they counted out who was front back and middle for weight distribution and they told us wear to sit on the southwest flight
