@brittdipp: I realized the most important part to getting back in shape is learning to regulate your nervous system. No stressful workouts, making sure you’re taking deep breaths, and making sure my body knows it feels safe. That’s when you really see results, not when you throw your hormones out of wack. I try to take walks as much as possible and do @FORM for you Pilates when I feel good to do so ❤️ and a little yoga when I first wake up.
