Always don't buy too much kgs when you can't finished it on time, the bug will immersed on it own cause they already contagious in the rice before they were processing...in package.. imagine ten kg rice within three months cannot finish sure full of bugs..

Science! The bugs are already in the rice. No amount of remedy is going to stop them coming out. Buy rice from a genuine store. Also store rice in dry environment.
