Wth? If I have to wear uniforms, I expect at least 5, one per day. I ain't washing clothes more than once a week and sure as hell won't wear dirty clothes.

I worked in a hotel. I got one skirt, one blazer and two shirts. I was only cleaning them once a week. I asked for more, but they always denied it. When I left 9 months later they asked me why the stitching was coming apart. Because I wore those clothes almost every day! They even threatened to make me pay for it! I was on minimum wage!

I knew a place like that. They expected employees to buy shirt, pants, name tag, hat, and shoes. Spend like $100 before they even started working.

girl . my manger gave me 2 shirts one blue one black and randomly decided we were only allowed to wear black … then refused to give me another black shirt when i work 5-6 days a week . then proceeded to tell me that i can go buy shirts from walmart and front the logos but the shirts have to be a specific fit . like girl

this is unreal to me cuz my boss just got us another set of uniform shirts because he wanted another color, so now everyone has like at least 4 shirts (and we all work at least 5 days a week)

I have 3 shirts, which is great because I do 3-4 days but two of them don't fit properly because my old manager didn't believe me when I said I was an extra large, he got me large, some of the people I work with only have one and some none because the new mangers are claiming they can't get anyone new shirts for some reason, I think they are waiting for the summer temps to go and anyone who stays they will get a uniform and anyone who requests after summer

My employer gives us 5 full uniforms (including pants, belt, shirt) AND if we wanted to, we could go to the uniform department and turn in our dirty ones and receive 5 more full uniforms, cleaned and ironed. Most of us don’t exchange weekly, because it’s inconvenient.
