So? It’s not dicking around for 10, 15 reps if you actually like these sets more. I personally feel more tired in my joints and psychologically in 5-8 reps. I stick to 10-15 reps. If the hypertrophy is the same, you can’t gate keep hypertrophy to just 5-8 reps

Why not post the bit subsequent to this where Lyle recommends 6-12 reps? You seem to be intentionally clipping in a way that suggests he agrees with CB on everything, when he doesn’t (double digit reps, FB only for beginners etc)
