My membrane sweep sent me into labor also! I got mine at 930am on a Friday I was 37+6 and contractions started at 11:42am (same day here) they weren’t super intense or anything and they weren’t regular like compared to my 1st labor/birth so I waited for them to ramp up before driving the 1hr drive to the hospital. Water broke at 4:10pm that same evening, we head to hospital! My baby girl was born at 530pm!! On from seat of the car while her father was driving 120km/hr down the highway! She was born in 1 push but my body was doing it naturally long before I realized how close I was to delivering her! By the time I got one side of the diaper off and mt jogging pants down her head was out. The minute I felt her head in my hands the rest was a blur with the biggest sharpest burning stinging sensation of my entire life, my 6lb 2oz baby girl was born! Thank god she was tiny cuz she might have killed me if she was any bigger lol I’ll never forget it! She was born screaming at top of her lungs and turning pink instantly it couldn’t have gone more perfectly!! My daughter was born April 16th 2021! It’s been 4 years now and still so fresh in my memory!❤️
