Oh, the requiring consent to pass into a house is because of how Thresholds were seen back in times of yore. The Threshold was seen, in essence, as a portal to a separate dimension of your control.

As Mandated by the Unseelie Accords. A vampire who is an officer of the Law may enter the Home if the vampire has a properly issued Warrant. This however means that the vampire may only act in its capacity as Law Enforcement.

Since pets in Canada are considered "property" by law(regardless of what we think), would Werewolves be property during "their time of the month"?

most modern people don't keep a threshold up to the standards needed to keep out supernatural creatures.

legal but fictional question: Would a werewolf be able to be excused from working during full moons on the grounds of a "medical exemption" of sorts, because of the involuntary transformations?

So, I have again stumbled upon this series of videos where you’re talking about how legalities in the real world would apply to fictional worlds. I have loved every single one of them! Keep up the great work.

If the killer car from Christine by Stephen King was charged for someone's death, would the charge be murder or vehicular manslaughter?

While not consecrated ground one's home is a sanctuary so your assumption is correct, it's why the person inviting the vampire across the threshold has to be of the household and not just a guest themselves.

in the US, since all land belongs to the government first, and you second, does that mean that an officer, as an agent of the government, with awarrant, doesnt need permission since the owner, the gov, already gave permission?
