he has no criminal history...his sentence will be light...sentencing guidelines...probably come sentencing he will have about a year locked up and with good behavior he probably will either get time served and strict probation or due another 2-3 years and be out ...as long as no trouble in prison...he for sure will be housed by himself in protective custody...either way not too bad..
