As a naturally thin woman who loves to shuffle and also wants to have strong shapely legs and glutes its hard to do both!  I would often find myself having to choose between the two.  Either accept having smaller glutes/legs because I love to shuffle OR shuffle less to have an ass and put in more time at the gym.  I would go back and forth between the two so often. Either my shuffling would slack off and my gym life would be great and id look great at the expense of dismissing my passion.  Or  Id shuffle my ass off (literally). Still train but wasnt getting results and felt like I was training for nothing.  I got so tired of this back and forth so I decided to really dial down the science behind how I can truly achieve both.  It took years of figuring out the best system so that I could:  ✅️ Build muscle without sacrificing my cardio based hobbies(shuffling, biking, swimming, tennis)  ✅️ Train for speed and stamina so my shuffling didnt suffer  ✅️ Not gain too much fat as a result of being in a caloric surplus  ✅️ Avoid overtraining  I am extremely happy with my active lifestyle and the growth ive experienced.  I wish I had a program that encompassed all these things back then, which is why I'm working on  Shufflesculpt: 8 Week Lower Body Lab 🧪🍑  Its a program designed to  🍑Grow and maintain your glutes and legs while still shuffling your heart away.  🍑Develop lower body strength and power so you can continue shuffling pain free and prevent risk of injury  👟 Dedicated training days for footwork, speed, and stamina And no, you don't have to be a shuffler to do this although you might end up wanting to once you see all the fun things I have in store.
