i am not asian, so i dont really have a place to speak on it, but the way asian hate is so normalized for literally no reason confuses me and pisses me off. the fact that yulissa was pulled after like one day, but cierra has made it almost to winning is INSANE. i’ve seen the posts about her saying this on her story from the day she walked into the villa, and yet it wasn’t as “big” as yulissa saying a slur until more people started to dislike cierra. i didn’t like her from the beginning, before i even found out about that, and i KNEW there was a reason i didn’t like her. i am so so sorry that someone like her has gained so much traction and fame, and that there are people out there claiming that it’s “not a big deal.” it is. it’s hate and ignorance, and it should have no place in this world.

I completely understand how u feel. Never be afraid to be vulnerable and speak about how racial slurs are hurtful and gross. Whether these words are said with malicious intentions or not, ignorance is not an excuse and doesn’t make saying the C-word “okay”.
