@thedizzycook: Natural Energy Booster - Lemon Mint Electrolyte Refresher I gave up caffeine 9 years ago to help with my vestibular migraine attacks and it was a game changer for me but some mornings I desperately need help. I don't know what it is about this combo but it's super energizing and great for hydration, with magnesium, potassium and sodium. Here's how you make it: Fill large glass with ice and add coconut water 1/4 way full 1/2 lemon and lime squeezed 8-10 mint leaves Top the rest off with filtered water or electrolyte water 1/8-1/4 tsp @redmondrealsalt depending on how large your glass is Shake it up. I don't add anything to sweeten cause the coconut water adds some sweetness. Left all my brain fart moments in here so you can see i was a struggle. Note: lemon/lime isn't migraine elimination diet (HYH) compliant and I have reintroduced it as it's not a personal trigger.
