lol my second apartment, I learned from my first. Bombed the entire apartment before the day of move in, I went back in later that night so many dead roaches were everywhere. Initially the apartment looked clean. Next morning went to the leasing office and brought them in. Not only did I receive my deposit back, they credited me two months rent and moved me to their brand new models with hardwood floors and a fire place. I was so hype. I essentially had got the first three months free.

The people who lived in our house before us had roaches and we didn’t know till we moved in and it’s been a hell of a time getting rid of them. It should be illegal to leave a house infested with roaches. It’s not fair to make someone else deal with your problems.

Licensed pest control tech, Don’t do this if you don’t see or have roaches cause this actually will attract roaches inside the house! If anything put it outside your front door or outside windows.

Current pest control technician. I am instructed to use this if the issue isn’t very bad. If it is I use vendetta plus and Avert powder under appliances/electronics. Don’t say i told you🙂

This stuff is amazing. As a tip, save all of the used caps from your water bottles and beer bottles. Put a small amount of this in each cap, and place them under your sinks, behind the stove and refrigerator and other places. This way it's easy to remove and replace.

Check behind your fridge and the motor of the fridge, tear that useless piece of cardboard off and start there, think about it a roach has everything it needs in there. Water heat and security all tucked in behind your fridge. And remember keep you place clean of food debris or it will act as a competing food source and they will not touch your bait. Also fun tip a roach can live up to a month off of human hair.. 22yr current pest tech

Let me give my advion testimony. My hairdresser told me about it after I said I’m seeing roaches and nothing seems to be working. It worked so well, I’ve recommended it to my friends and family.

I lived in over 20 places houses apartments rowhomes and all and never had roaches yall just dirty and nasty. what the fuck how many of yall on here not me or any of my ppls had roachs

I work in pest control and this is what we use. You can also double it with an Alpine WSG/Gentrol mixture and apply it to baseboards. Gentrol is an IGR and prevents the roaches from maturing to the point that they can reproduce.

This stuff is the truth!! Used this is an apartment where roaches were coming from the dirty new neighbors. Lived there a year, nothing. During my second lease, someone new moved in next door and I started seeing German roaches 😭 used it in every new place and haven’t seen a roach since.

I work in pest control and we use advion at our customers homes, that stuff is the best! if you ever have an ant problem the advion ant gel bait is great too! I highly recommend these products any customer that I have ever serviced and used this stuff swears by it and always wants me to use it!
