I have stayed on port Douglas and it was beautiful 🥰 loads to do and see and beach was a 5 min walk from where we stayed. Had a amazing market on as well loads of amazing things 🥰💜

Go one step further and do port Douglas! Bit further than Cairns but with awesome resorts and lots of things to do…and only 45 mins from cairns 😎

We went to Cairns for our honeymoon for that exact reason. Perfect balance of things to do but also my husband could relax 😂 Sea change apartments on Trinity beach were beautiful and they now include car hire! - about half hour from the city but close enough to get to everything 😁
