For the lateral humerus you should bring the elbow away a little bit it will increase OID but it will be acatully lateral or you could place the back of hand on hip

For your humerus, make sure your turn the “tube” so the CR goes goes with the long axis of your part. Also you don’t do your scapular Y PA? I never seen a scapular Y like that

Hate to be that person, you usually want the palmar aspect of the hand against the hip for a lateral humerus, with that movement it’s put into a true lat. either way you’re doing great on your positioning sir!💪

For lateral humerus epicondyles need to be perpendicular. Bring elbow out a little more to increase OID. 👍🏽👍🏽
