These days they give you jab when you are 28 and 34 weeks pregnant. If you find any bleeding before 28th weeks, you must get injection. I am A- and i had bleeding when i was 26 weeks pregnant. So i was given Anti D same day and when i was 28th weeks pregnant. Next one is due on my 34th weeks. You must get it even its your first pregnancy.
