@bradbernsteinlaw: Yes, the U.S. government can revoke your citizenship—but only in extreme cases, like this one. Elliott Duke, a British-born man who became a citizen in 2013, lost it after the DOJ discovered he had hidden convictions for child sexual abuse material. Denaturalization is serious. It’s rare. And it’s not political theater. If you’re worried about your own case, call my office. I’ll give you the truth. Hello, If in my DS-160 form I filled that I will stay for 2 weeks in the US, but after I got my 1 year visa, It was communicated by the conference organizers that the convention will last 3 weeks. If I stay in the US for 3 weeks will that be considered as an overstay assuming that my 1-94 has one month stamped or more

Can the President issue a blank pardon for the permanent bar for everyone since the permanent bar is considered a federal crime? that would help millions that have it. only the first entry is considered a civil violation. I think I found a loophole for the Dems.

It used to be rare but now Trump wants to make it common which is why he is going the civil route and not criminal since civil has a lower proof threshold. They start w the ppl who morally are difficult to support but quickly move to everyday citizens. It’s the classic authoritarian playbook.

My ex used me for a GC, he victimized me with DV, I remove my name from his green card petition they reloaded his green card, we divorced. He was able to obtain his green card again and later on received citizenship without me, however I have police report stating that he used me for a green card to get admittance into the United States of America, and I also have reason to believe that he obtained his citizenship fraudulently what do I do with this information or do I just leave it alone?
