I’m using the Limited Edition “Red White & BBQ” pellets from @Bearmountain BBQ these will add a firework show of flavor to your food this weekend! 🧨 Makes about 20-22 Pig Shots Ingredients: 12 oz Beef Smoked Kielbasa 1 lb “Thick” Cut Bacon 12 oz Pimento Cheese 8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese 1 Tbsp BBQ Rub 4 oz Cheddar Cheese 3 Jalapeno 2 oz Cooked Bacon Pieces 4 Tbsp Honey How to: 1. Cut Kielbasa 1/2 an inch thick and cut bacon strips in 1/2 2. Roll Bacon around the Kielbasa and use a toothpick to secure 3. In a bowl add Pimento Cheese, Cream Cheese, BBQ Rub, Cheddar Cheese, 1 chopped Jalapeño, Bacon pieces, and mix until well combined 4. Add mixture to a ziplock bag to make a piping bag and add to the pig shots and top with a slice of Jalapeño 5. In the Smoker or Oven at 250 degrees for about 2 hours or until the bacon is done 6.
