I have a dreamy thrift store client rn & I’m 🤯 bc our approach is very similar BUT includes a weekly special targeting the 55+ demographic (store’s actual customer base). FB audience skews younger so this allows us to speak to both. Tailoring strategic social to business insights has been key. 🔑🛍️✨

Most of your pitch is really for a vintage store or what you might call “curated” store. Thrifts don’t post that chaos, the customers do. Influencers do. I genuinely don’t want to shoot holes into all of this or be a jerk, but the first part of marketing is “know your customer”.
