The issue is even if you find a place that hires out of high school you are basically stuck in the position that you started in unless you have a degree. Companies don’t want to teach new hires how to do anything anymore also.

So true, I’m in college right now and was doing the same thing as him for over a year. I had no experience but I learned something very valuable, if you don’t know how to do it, figure it out. That’s something you don’t learn in college. You are taught that you have to pay a lot of money to learn how to do something from “expert” professors who haven’t actually done anything in the field in years and teach abstract principles that literally cannot be applied in real life. Only reason I am in college is because I want to be a lawyer. Good for you man!
