For those asking: it looks like it’s Stelo from dexcom. You don’t need a prescription or anything and when I got it last year it was $100 for two sensors that each lasted 2 weeks!

I’m a type 1 and use the Dexcom’s and tandem pump. Are you guys just pre- right now? Is it covered by insurance or is this the Stelo? Have you been tested to see if you are type 1 or 1.5 LADA?

I appreciate whoever invented those devices. Pricking my fingers was KILLING me! I have Libra but I appreciate the alarms and when you’re too high or too low it cannot notify ppl you selected as ER contacts. LOVE these!

I have to use a cgm for type 1 diabetes and it’s expensive but you can’t use an insulin pump without it. Just curious but do you have to pay out of pocket for a cgm?

I have prediabetes and have been using a Stelo. It is helpful but can be a little off with readings sometimes. If it is unusually high or low I always double check.
