My two pregnancies almost 💀 me so I had my tubes removed sometimes I do wish I could have more kids but it’s more important to be ALIVE for my already born kids

I’m so glad I loathed pregnancy and the newborn phase because it made me one and done. Turns out I’m a really good mum to one kid and I’m not risking the success rate 😅

Got mine out after the first. Sorry not doing this again pregnancy was awful for me. Also 9 losses before my rainbow. I’m good I don’t need another one.

I got mine removed during my c section with #2 and have occasionally wondered if I made the right decision… and then I remember I never have to go through potty training again. Best decision ever.

I have unexplained infertility, have never been pregnant without IVF. After my second kid my husband was getting a vasectomy and I asked my midwife if I should consider getting a tubal because I CANNOT RAISE ANOTHER CHILD. 😂 Forever wanting another baby though, to hold, have a contact nap and then hand back to capable parents.

I would have 10 kids if I could birth 2 year olds I’m happy to raise people but that 12-18 moth stage pushes my limits every time 😂

this is the best take about this actually. so many people have kids impulsively so it was actually super responsible to realize you'd hit your limit and needed to make sure no more kids could be had!

when I got baby fever I bought a doll but the clothes that I thought were so cute then quickly got over it and still is okay with not having my uterus when I ran into my doctor years later I told him I'm still happy with it I don't regret it lol

Had my second kid and got my tubes removed during my c section. I might be a little sad about it sometimes but then I remember I hate c section recoveries, pumping, and be woken up every 2-3 hours.

My hot take is that we need to start asking ourselves when we get “baby fever” if we’re really longing for another baby or if we’re just missing our kids being that little. 9 times out of 10 I think it’s the latter.
