all my friends became active at the same time in the gc (very rare occurrence for EVERYONE to be active) when i finally opened about some things and they all were pleading with me to leave behind whats been hurting me but i cant. theres so many factors but hearing my closest friend tell me that im not the same when we hang out anymore, that i seem detached and absent even though im at every hang out, really stuck with me. i feel this massive guilt because i know that im hurting, i know its changing me each day it drags on, but i cant do anything.

It ends up feeling worse because Ik u want to help me but u can’t, nothing u can say or do will change me magically idk what’s wrong and words aren’t gonna magically fix that actions aren’t either so I end up comforting them n playing at being fine. It’s so isolating and it hurts the ppl around me, I don’t want that

when i start comforting them when i was the one that needed comfort but thats really the only thing that helps me is helping others because i have no idea how to help myself growing up i prioitized helping others instead of learning about myself and helping me so i never found out what helps
