MAKE MY SPAGHETTI and you could win $150! #barleytheburr #fyp #furry #furries #bear #funny #lol #twitch #twitchclips FULL RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: - Basil - Parmesan Cheese (I used pre-grated, worked totally fine, but for better melting into the sauce, try to use refrigerated pre-grated parm vs. the shelf stable stuff) - Olive Oil - 1 Head Of Garlic - Spaghetti Noodles (can use other pasta too) - Some form of meat (I used Beyond Meat, but you can use a different ground meat, too) - Chili Crisp (I used Lao Gan Ma, DO NOT BOTHER WITH HIGH END CHILI CRISP, just get Lao Gan Ma it’s so freaking good) - 1 Small Can, Tomato Puree (I used a small can of Don Pepino’s pizza sauce cause I wanted to use it up, and it actually worked really well for this!) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Blend basil, the entire head of garlic, two spoonfuls of parm (or more I’m not gonna judge) and olive oil (as needed) until it forms a semi-thick paste. 2. Cook ground meat (or meat substitute) in a pan with these seasonings: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper (and any others as you see fit, I put a tiny bit of cumin in mine, too). Ensure the meat (or Beyond Meat) is broken down into small pieces; this will make it work much better in the sauce. 3. In the same pan, pour in a splash of olive oil, followed by 1 can of tomato puree (or the pizza sauce I mentioned, if you wanna be 1:1). 4. Combine the sauce in the pan with the pesto sauce that was made earlier, and mix thoroughly. 5. Once both sauces are warmed up, add back in the meat. Add in two large spoonfuls of chili crisp. Heat until small bubbles appear on the surface, adding water as needed to keep the sauce slightly thin. 6. Cook your pasta al dente, adding some of the pasta water back into the sauce (if the sauce has been on the stove this entire time, it should need the pasta water by this point). 7. Mix a serving of pasta and a serving of sauce in a separate pan, then serve!
