Sis, that only applies to graduate programs, and it’s only reducing the financial aid given via FAFSA, you can still get a loan through your bank, or through the educational institution themselves.

The one silver lining is that even though the bill has been designed so that Republicans can blame the inevitable Democratic majority after midterms for the fallout, that delay also means that said Democratic majority could bring the bill back for amendments and change it before shit truly hits the fan.
