Thanks for the video. We got a similar machine at work, just a slightly different model I think. Ran out of capsules and decided to try ground coffee, but the top lever was very tight and I was afraid to push it down. Watched your video — turns out I did everything right, just needed a bit more courage 😅

Sorry, I can’t figure out how to adjust the volume for small or large cups. The manual says to press and hold the small or large button. When I hold the small one, the green indicator just goes up and down. Holding the large one just starts brewing. Help!

I also bought this coffee machine — really liked it. But for some reason not all ground coffee works well, only the kind made for Turkish coffee. And it has a slight plastic smell — can it be fixed?

Can you not adjust the water volume for Nespresso capsules? It used very little water with 5 bars. With ground coffee and 5 bars, I get a full cup. Can the Nespresso water level also be adjusted?

I bought the same model. The adapter for ground coffee always leaks — no matter the grind or brand. First 5 seconds are fine, then it leaks coffee (not water) underneath. Seller said to use medium-fine grind and dark roast. Tried everything, even different water — still leaks. Had to buy reusable Dolce Gusto capsules with metal mesh bottom. They brew okay, even get some crema. But you can’t fill them with more than 11g of coffee. Also can’t brew a big mug — flavor gets too weak. I didn’t try using the pod holder with ground coffee — afraid it might clog the mesh. It’s small too. The pod holder just uses the same basket, so it will leak the same way
