I worked as a jeweler for a few years, and I’m here to say moissanite are not diamonds! They also are not called “moissanite diamonds” and anyone who calls them such are trying to rip you off. They aren’t even close to being as valuable as diamonds. They’re not as strong, and cannot be exposed to heat! (So, basically can’t be cleaned.) They also can’t be rhodium dipped safely. They’re a good cheap travel ring, but I’m here to remind you that they’re cheap and look different than a diamond. They’re always cheap. This is not a good deal. Also, moissanite are not bad they’re just different. Lastly, no one will believe it’s a diamond because they don’t look like diamonds. Thank you for coming to my Ted-talk.

Moissanite is lab created just like there are lab created diamonds. Moissanite is NOT a diamond nor is it a lab created diamond. They are totally two different stones made by two different compositions. You are very misleading. These companies need to stop calling moissanite diamonds. Its NOT!! So stop!

Moissanite is lab grown, but is NOT the same as a lab grown diamond. Please educate yourself before spreading misinformation. Moissanite while looks similar to a diamond is a gemstone of its own.

I’m so sorry but the word diamond does not belong here. It sounds deceptive. It’s either moissanite lab grown moissanite diamond or lab grown diamond. The quality of material varies obviously the more expensive the better the quality..
