You could be underwatering the palm tree because the leaves are browning and going crispy at the ends. So clip those dead bits off and use mulch around the base of it and try to find something specific for the palm tree with magnesium and potassium but don’t use or don’t go heavy with the fertiliser as it needs time to recover before being used.
