Wood boards are antibacterial, they’re more hygienic than plastic boards. I’m sure she knows to just not cut raw chicken on the same board as she uses for veggies/fruits or cleans it well with lemon and salt

Speaking of allergens, my baby reacted to eggs with hives. The pedi says it’s from store bought eggs and to do farm fresh, which is what we normally get but we ran out and that’s why she had store bought. I am afraid to let her eat eggs again :( should I avoid it or keep trying?

Uncooked raw flaxseed contains cyanide. Tests have disproved you’d need to eat 8cups for it to be dangerous. Adults can actually start to hit toxic ranges from 1/2-1 cup. (24-48tsps). I would personally never give a baby raw flaxseed. Does not feel worth the risk. If you must it can be baked, but raw seems like playing with fire. Scaled down for babies 2tsp seems like way too much.
