NYC is 125billion in debt as of 2020. City courts have allowed this number to stay sealed since......???? Wonder what that # looks like post immigration crisis. Maybe NYC should lead the way and tax their top 10% earners an extra 30%. Just as an experiment : )

Actually if the view was part of the advertised value, you can usually negotiate rent down if it’s been obstructed.

they didn't pay their air rights lol..should have asked about that..some building pay air rights for the view and it doesn't allow nobody to mess with their view and built anything that will mess with jt...idk if that's only an LA thing
