I had my tongue tie released when I was 42. Thankfully, I found someone who did sutures so I didn’t have to do the exercises right away because the recovery is quite brutal. It was some of the worst pain that I’ve ever felt, but it’s very worth it because the immediate change in my body was noticeable and now almost 3 years later, I can see how much that restriction was holding me back.
