Turns out reverse push-ups don’t really hit the biceps like I thought 😅 They mainly work the rear delts, upper back and triceps. Appreciate everyone who pointed it out. Always learning!

guys this actually does train biceps,but it's not the main target, it mainly targets anterior delts and is used as a planche progression which trains straight arm bicep strength+ protraction, so yes, this actually does target biceps believe it or not
