Such a weird take that you will interview someone for a job that you haven't bothered to look at their resume for. I get bringing in a copy just in case, but when I was interviewing someone for a position that I would be managing, I 100% read the resume each time to be able to ask relevant questions. Ive been to interviews where it was very generic and could tell they hadn't bothered to look at my resume once- unless im going to be making bank or they had amazing benefits, that's probably not a place I want to work at.
