an emotionally/physically/verbally neglected kid never gets to get that back. Never. we grow up and have kids of our own and our only last dying wish was to have had a childhood , to have had loved , to know what is is to be safe , to have known a world of bueaty. and not fear, stress, overstimulation, derealization, depression, anxiety, drugs , violence, etc, i don’t blame ppl for not forgiving or for having rage towards those who “raised” u .
