I get asked all the time for fertility advice. Here’s my top 10. 1. You’re free. Free to not plan. Free to enjoy your spouse. Free to trust God. We don’t have to prevent or try. We’re called to trust him with everything. That includes our fertility. 2. Take care of your temple but don’t over obsess over it. Make healthier choices and give God the rest. 3. Over the counter prenatals aren’t good for you. I suggest a healed gut. I’ve found great gut health supplements that have been a game changer. 4. Miscarriages and traumas aren’t signs that we need to take matters into our own hands. We don’t do that with any other area of our life. We don’t stop trying to make money just because we get fired or a business fails. Every pregnancy and birth is different. 5. Fertility isn’t forever. Don’t take it for granted. 6. Don’t wait for the perfect time. There’s never one we will figure out. Only God knows. Just trust his timing. 7. Do it his way. No sex before marriage. 8. Infertility doesn’t determine your value. Keep asking Him and trusting him. He heard the prayers of the women in the Bible and he hears yours. 9. No birth control. It’s been proven to cause infertility, abortion and so much more. I was diagnosed with MS from taking Yaz years ago. And it is simply against God. Just research where it came from, why she started it and who she wanted to eliminate with it. 10.
