tokapi was not familiar with human customs. he comes from a planet where everyone is happy and one that makes up after every fight. he does not understand the concept of violence or bullying and attempts to find out the reasons and understand for himself. so, because he is surrounded by violent people (ALL HUMANS, not just shizuka), he thinks that this is how you solve problems. ofc he learns that this is wrong when he apologized to Mari in the mirror scene. that's why he suggests coming clean to the cops. I don't disagree that tokapi is ironically all of these things but I do think that he's also MORE than these things. He was exposed to and adapted to the human condition. and like all Humans, he can be two things at once... So for every negative thing mentioned in this video, there is an overwhelming positive
