I hear Everything you're saying. unfortunately, that is not how it works. Here. You will get fired for discrimination. You will get fired for raising awareness for making a complaint. HR and employee relations is in place to protect the company and many Americans. Like myself, when I was younger, we thought that HR was in place to help us. When we have issues, whether it's sexual harassment, discrimination. Retaliation or a work environment that's made hostile by our leaders or our managers. If in a situation where you raise awareness, make a complaint about what I mentioned you typically are fired within 90 days. It has historically been the way for at will employees working in this country. That's just how it works and they won't list it down that you were being let go because you made a complaint of discrimination or retaliation or a hostile work environment. the the goal is typically, to make the work environment so hostile, an uncomfortable intense for you. As the employee that you quit. if you don't quit within 90 days, you typically are fired, that's just how it works. What kind of advice do you give a person in this type of situation, even when they have documentation of a hostile work environment, even when we have documentation of being bullied of discrimination of sexual harassment of retaliation. Many people cannot afford to go to attorneys to represent them in a lawsuits to a rouge employer. what would be the recourse?

@twag91: What if they “did away with” my position and I had nothing but GREAT feedback in writing from my manager. But I, unfortunately was forced to quit because I have bills to pay. I’m a nurse and it was a supervisory position. “The night nurses decided they didn’t want a supervisor” lol AKA didn’t want to be held accountable and they didn’t want to lose crappy employees I guess. 🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭
