I just am looking forward to X-men more then Doomsday. The MCU has been hit or miss, especially when it comes to how they handle cameos lately. So while Doomsday will be the bigger movie, who knows how well it will turn out. Also, X-men is my favorite Marvel property other than Spider-man.
