I’m glad my youngest talks to me about school, but I know I don’t hear everything. Bullying and favoritism by teachers are the worst. As a parent, there’s often nothing you can do—when I ask if I should speak to the school, the answer is always, “No, it’ll only make things worse.” Teachers pick favorites and blame the ones who defend themselves, not the ones who start it. My youngest asked her older sister how to deal with bullies, and her advice was simple but sad: “Grow up.” It’s heartbreaking to see how much kids have to accept. The only thing we can do is comfort them at home, listen, ask how they feel, and try to help them cope as best as possible. It’s a hard reality, but being there for them makes all the difference.

I was bullied at school as for the colour of my skin, I was very white. like a white A4 sheet for paper, made fun of all the time called name's

I was 100% against homework as a student, and I am 100% against homework as an adult. Grades should be based on test scores, not homework assignments.

because I wasn't popular...quite the opposite I was weird cause my parents were poor addicts though I didn't realize til I was a bit older and heavy smokers which made all my clothes stink and completely turned me socially akward

I liked school until I went into the 6th grade That's when I started having acne ,crooked teeth, flat chested and pasty white. I knew I looked REALLY BAD but I did need to be reminded every day however it took 6 years LONG years but I came through it like the ugly duckling who turned into a beautiful swan

I was extremely “shy” not because I was shy or didn’t want to talk. Internally I didn’t feel like I fit in, I felt different. I grew up in a home where I felt I “didn’t belong” raised by my great aunt and papaw that decided to take me in. I think my dad & bio mom giving me away at 3 months old took a toll on my mental health. I’m 27 now and just realizing it. I’ve always felt like an outsider, to this day idk how to make friends or if anyone really wants to talk to me at all, even family

I never really had this as a problem. I know that during my high school years, I was just ready to leave. I wanted to challenge myself differently. I didn't really feel challenged enough

It seemed the adults were never fair or consistent. When I was teaching, I showered my students with love. And I noticed they bloomed in my classroom.

My friend gave my bully a a taste of her own medicine. After that they run when they see me.. I always liked school.. even through bullying
