My top tips are to #1 get a maintenance trim every 3 months even if it’s just a dusting to prevent split ends, #2 make sure you’re using a hydrating shampoo and conditioner or mask - your hair needs moisture as it’s compromised and drier from bleaching, #3 avoid products with protein because they can further end up making your hair more brittle, #4 invest in bond building products instead (K18 is the best) & #5 try to minimize heat styling and use products to enhance your natural texture & if you do heat style make sure to use heat protection every time!!!

maybe try hair masks with more oils in It, helped me go back to healthy hair after bleaching It to death, the protein and keratin ones are good but they make the hair rigid sometimes

For healthy hair: STOP bleaching it, less heat, use micro fiber towels, silk bonnet at night. Protective hairstyles.... ITS THE BLEACH ruining your hair 😩 that's what happened to mine and never again did I use bleach..

It’s your Dyson blow dryer when you use it repeatedly even with the proper care and steps. It causes damage overtime because you’re pulling the hair with the highest retention to get the blowout.

I can’t explain it but you make me romanticise the simple things in life like doing my morning routine, makeup and it’s honestly made such a difference to my mood ☺️🥲

Unpopular opinion here, I’ve had bleached hair for over 15 years now and my hair is very healthy. The bleach is only the problem if your stylist is bad at their job. Try a hair oil and heat protectant if you haven’t yet!!

I had burnt my hair off so I cut it all off, got it dark, got a Brazilian blowout and just did some dimension with keratin bond extensions I took REALLY good care of them and my hair, avoided heat and it grew in 10 months. You just need a break of dye, let it go for a bit and you’ll see wonders. (Also Botox hair treatment is great because it deep conditions)

As somebody who had short hair & it grew incredibly quickly, I’ll just tell you what worked for me. I am somebody who washes my hair every day, only my scalp. I do not use conditioner. I’ll do a mask on the ends of my hair once a week. I don’t use oils or anything. As little heat as possible. Let it air dry. Switch up your shampoos! Once you’re done with one, try another. And I stopped using hair ties. I just use clips

You should try Kerestas premier line! The pre shampoo treatment, shampoo and conditioner. I use their leave moisturizing leave in, the premier leave in and then their oil. My hair is very similar to yours and I’ve been using those products and then my air straight for over a year and my hair is massively healthier. I tried so many products for the longest time and that routine has made my hair the best it’s ever been

after the wedding go back to your natural hair color, stop bleaching it, and try to use little heat as possible. investing in good hair masks will also help a lot. But trust me stop bleaching it and I will go back to its full potential

I can’t recommend the OG K18 treatment enough!! all my hair thinned out/ was so dry & split the ends, but using that consistently honestly sealed my ends, smoothed them out & hs helped it grow back out thicker & past my shoulders again! my hairdresser said it’s one of the only things that shes seen actually repair the hair follicle, not just smooth it over 💖💖 xx
