Drain water, spray with avocado oil spray& then season your chicken with seasonings of choice (I used Complete seasoning by @badiaspices , Garloc Powder, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Salt, @tonychacheres creole seasoning & Chili Powder). Cook in air fryer for 20 mins on 380. Then, add cauliflower rice to a pan coated in avocado oil spray & cook for 5-7 mins. Add complete seasoning & chili powder for flavor. After, add fajita veggies to a pan coated in avocado oil spray & sauté for 5 mins until soft. After chicken is done, cut into medium pieces. Thennnn start on your low carb chips! Cut two tortillas into triangular shapes, coat in avocado oil spray & a pinch of salt & then add to air fryer for 7 mins & flip them half way through.
