Trust me you NEVER want to eat someone with less than a good rating. Even then, a good rating is still indicitive of risky practices, but I’ve seen with my own eyes a restaurant that had an okay rating with literal rat shit in the food storages 😭

The rating scale is GENEROUS. It was closed for the day on June 12 but it's had consistent major violations for over a decade.

As someone who has worked in food safety HR, you couldn't pay me to eat anywhere that has an "okay" or "needs to improve". The "good" rating isn't that bad but it's not ideal. I always check food ratings before I eat somewhere

Most places that fail a health rating in Seattle can “close and reopen” under a new UBI and their record resets. Loopholes that keep poor standard and dangerous practices thriving.

I was going there for years. I stopped going a couple years ago cus I saw fat roaches… I no longer eat there and it breaks my heart. It’s definitely so good.
